Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All of our meals are freshly prepared and delivered chilled—never frozen. Simply refrigerate upon arrival and heat when you're ready to enjoy.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals stay fresh for 3–5 days when stored in the refrigerator at 5°C or below. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
How do I heat my meal?
Every meal arrives fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes (or according to the label instructions) until heated through.
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes! We offer a variety of authentic vegan and vegetarian West African dishes, prepared with the same care and quality as our traditional meals.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every Sunday and Wednesday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
When should I place my order?
- Sunday Delivery: Order by Friday, 3:00 PM
- Wednesday Delivery: Order by Monday, 3:00 PM
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across London within a 10-mile radius of our kitchen.
What ingredients do you use?
We carefully source premium ingredients from both Africa and the UK, with all sauces, marinades, and seasonings made from scratch for authentic flavour.
Can I freeze my meals?
Absolutely. If you won't be eating your meals within a few days, you can freeze them for up to 3 months while maintaining quality.
Can I return or exchange my meals?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once meals have been delivered.
